I created this website to share my recipe for living with cancer. In November 2013, I was diagnosed with a malignant soft tissue sarcoma of the calf; in December it was removed, but it would be a full five years before I can say, ‘I am cancer-free’. This site is not just about food, although diet is one of the key components to a healthy body, but about taking a holistic control of your illness. I lived for three and a half years  in Singapore and took the opportunity to explore the East. The ancient practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda have been big influences on my lifestyle. I am now back in London and past that five-year milestone though I still have annual chest x-rays – so something must work! I hope this site will inspire you to feel as well as I do!
