Guavas are in season here, a fruit I can’t resist.They remind me of my childhood – stewed guavas and guava crumble. They are delicious raw and crisp, but also make a rich creamy juice.Mix with pineapple, apple, kiwi and wheatgrass – whatever you have knocking around – for a sweet a wholesome breakfast drink. Don’t forget the ginger and turmeric for the anti-cancer properties, and add carrot if you want more ‘orange’ in your drink.
